La Langue des Signes de Nouvelle-Zélande reconnue
Bonjour à tous...
La NZSL a été reconnue il y a deux heures... Le dispositif d'information à cette occasion a été vraiment impressionnant... En effet, il y avait la possibilité de voir sur internet, en live (stream) les débats du parlement, avec interprète bien sûr... J'ai raté le programme (décalage horaire), mais je crois qu'il y a encore moyen de visionner les videos les jours prochains sur le site, selon ce qui est indiqué... Pour le moment, sur le stream, on voit le cocktail organisé dans les locaux du parlement... Je vous met les liens si vous voulez jeter un petit coup d'oeil...

The third reading (final vote) of the New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) Bill - scheduled for Thursday 6 April 2006 at about 5pm in Parliament, Wellington.

What is the third reading?
This is the final debate in parliament on the Bill. MPs will give shorter speeches to finish at 6pm.
At the end of the debate MPs vote to pass the Bill or not.
Celebration party
After the third reading the Minister for Disability Issues, Hon Ruth Dyson, will host a party for the Deaf community to celebrate NZSL becoming an official language. This will be held in the Beehive foyer after the third reading. It will start soon after 6pm and finish at about 7.30pm.
A few speeches and a sign-song are planned. Some of this event will also be broadcasts live on the weblink above.
